This version was revised in 2002 with a nice extensive introduction. What surprised me is that Norman has not wanted to update the actual content and, that, in 2019 is quite outdated. It is true that the theory is still the same and applicable still, but let's say that 60% of the book applies the theory to example and those examples as from 1988. I can imagime a young(er) reader than I getting a bit surprised and even annoyed for not understanding some of the examples as they have mostly (and luckily) been erased from everyday life. Nevertheless, content wise is very good and detailed, with lots of refererences. Only the chapter before the conclusion felt tiresome and redundant (we got the point!). The best thing about this title, is the ammount of good further reading if you want to expland on the why and how of everyday things.
